persona sana, vamos a dar unos consejos prácticos,

After reflecting for so long, this pandemic only showed
that mental and emotional health is as important as physical health.
Key word in these times of pandemic in Venezuela
"oxygen", clinics, health centers and hospitals collapsed. In the
last three weeks, positive cases of coronavirus have gone from just over 700 to
almost 1,800 daily, the highest number reported in the country that does the
least testing in the region, as warned by the Pan American Health Organization
(PAHO). . This is how Venezuela is going through its second wave of infections,
with a greater expansion and impact than the previous one, in a scenario of
political, social and economic crisis that complicates the panorama and makes
it difficult to start vaccination. The COVID-19 pandemic has reminded all of us
how important it is to eat healthy and lead an active life, not only to reduce
the severity of an infection, but also to prevent diseases that damage the body
and our quality of life, such as diabetes or cardiovascular disease. Speaking
of finances, what is cheaper for you is to be a healthy person, we are going to
give some practical advice, to raise awareness of the importance of small
habits.
1-. Cook and eat as a family. It is important since in
addition to strengthening bonds it is an excellent way to create healthy
routines. Be careful when buying processed foods.
2-. Avoid junk food and soft drinks as they are high in
sugar and fat, and provide very few nutrients.
3-. Encourage the consumption of simple water.
4-. Eat vegetables and fruits every day.
5-. That babies receive exclusive breastfeeding in the
first six (6) months of life and then supplement it with nutritious foods.
6-. Prevent girls, boys and adolescents from spending a
lot of time in front of a screen. It's important for moms and dads to exercise
with them and other creative activities that keep them moving.
How much does it cost to stop eating what harms my body?
How much is the time spent in training, meditation or
learning worth?
How much does it cost to be sick?
How much does it cost to get out of my comfort zone?
The importance of mental health, according to Mario
Alonso Puig, is in your thoughts (mindfulness), encourage yourself to:
1-. Take off your judge's hat.
2-. It's all about using your brain.
3-. The words we speak have transformative power.
4-. How easy it is to see in the other! How difficult it
is to see it in oneself! Criticism makes you a tyrant.
5-. Expand your panorama with study, your vision is
always limited.
6-. Pain is part of our nature and suffering is a
creation of the human mind. Consciousness separates one from the other.
7-. Being on autopilot is the best way to be absent, a
wandering mind is the source of unhappiness.
8-. What mindfulness allows you is to be here and now. At
that moment change your focus.
9-. What mindfulness allows you is to connect with your
true identity.
No one who doesn't take care of themselves can take care
of other people.
Sin desperdicio. Muy bueno!
