¿Crees que eres experto en finanzas? ¿Tú no necesitaste un psicólogo? ¿Piensas que sabes más que los demás? ¿Tienes la sensación de que te expresas superior que la media? ¿Sientes que cocinas mejor que cualquiera de tus amigos? ¿Conoces más de medicina que tu médico de cabecera? ¿Te parece que solo se pueden hacer las cosas a tu manera?

Hoy en día la ciencia nos explica por qué todos tenemos tendencia a ser eruditos a la violeta en algún campo, y es que todos podemos ser víctimas del efecto Dunning-Kruger.

¿Qué quiere decir Dunning Kruger?

El efecto Dunning Kruger es un sesgo cognitivo encuadrado dentro de la rama de la psicología social. Hace referencia a cómo cualquier incompetente se inclina a sobreestimar su habilidad, mientras que toda aquella persona competente tiende a subestimarla en relación con ellos. En otras palabras crees tener siempre el control, piensas que lo entiendes todo, eres incapaz de cuestionarte y además sufres del orgullo en un nivel máximo, como pedir ayuda. Es una medida de autoprotección donde se esconde el miedo y la baja autoestima. 

 ¿Cómo saber si tengo Dunning-Kruger?

1-. Tengo dificultad para reconocer las habilidades de otros.

2-. No me conozco, por lo tanto soy inconsciente de mis limitaciones.

3-. Sobreestimo mis habilidades y destrezas.

4-. Me otorga una seguridad falsa, confianza absurda.

5-. Soy intransigente, intolerante e incapaz de negociar. 

 

 ¿Como evitar el efecto Dunning-Kruger?

1-. Primero ser consciente de que este efecto existe y que todos podemos caer en él, ya que todos somos incompetentes en diferentes áreas.

2-. Escuchar a los demás. A asumir una perspectiva en la que nosotros podemos estar equivocados al igual que lo pueden estar los demás.

3-. Pedir opinión a los demás. Si son expertos en algún tema, su conocimiento te ayudará a generar nueva visión y por tanto a ser más consciente de lo que te queda por aprender.

4-. Deje la poderosa droga del control:

-      Solo controlas tus actos.

-      Un imprevisto puede representar una oportunidad.

-      Encuentra maneras diferentes de ver y hacer las cosas.

-  Aprende, nadie es imprescindible, su familia y el mundo pueden continuar sin tu presencia.

5-. Prepararse, conocerse y sobre todo quererse.

 

¿Qué es la tolerancia al riesgo financiero?

Es la disposición a aceptar el riesgo de que una determinada elección económica tenga un éxito (negativo) distinto a aquel deseado.

¿Qué es la tolerancia en economía?

Es una actitud por la que se respeta todo tipo de acciones o ideas de terceras personas. Obviamente, cuando hablamos de estas acciones, estas tienen también que ser respetuosas con los demás.

¿Qué es la tolerancia en RRHH?

Promover un clima de respeto a la opinión ajena y crear la consciencia que nadie es más grande que el equipo.

¿Qué es la tolerancia con un pronóstico Financiero?

El pronóstico Financiero no es más que una proyección de todos los ingresos y gastos futuros de su empresa. Depende de la visión, experiencia y estudios del emisor. No son verdades, tómelas como datos.

¿Qué es la tolerancia fiscal?

La cantidad de impuestos que una población está dispuesta a tolerar y soportar

¿Qué es la tolerancia frente al servicio al cliente?

El cliente siempre tiene la razón y el objeto es proveerlo de sus necesidades. Brinde un trato personalizado.

¿Qué es la tolerancia frente al servicio al proveedor?

Respete los lapsos de pago y sus tarifas, no cuestione el precio del trabajo de un tercero, sobre todo si está conforme.

What does Dunning Kruger mean?

The Dunning Kruger effect is a cognitive bias framed within the branch of social psychology. It refers to how anyone who is incompetent is inclined to overestimate their ability, while everyone who is competent tends to underestimate it in relation to them. In other words, you think you are always in control, you think you understand everything, you are incapable of questioning yourself, and you also suffer from pride at a maximum level, such as asking for help. It is a measure of self-protection where fear and low self-esteem hide.

How do I know if I have Dunning-Kruger?

1-. I have difficulty recognizing the abilities of others.

2-. I don't know myself, therefore I am unaware of my limitations.

3-. I overestimate my abilities and skills.

4-. It gives me false security, absurd confidence.

5-. I am intransigent, intolerant and incapable of negotiating.

How to avoid the Dunning-Kruger effect?

1-. First, be aware that this effect exists and that we can all fall for it, since we are all incompetent in different areas.

2-. Listen to others. To assume a perspective in which we can be wrong just as others can be.

3-. Ask others for opinion. If they are experts in a subject, their knowledge will help you generate a new vision and therefore be more aware of what you still have to learn.

4-. Let go of the powerful drug of control:

- You only control your actions.

- An unforeseen event can represent an opportunity.

- Find different ways of seeing and doing things.

- Learn, no one is essential, your family and the world can continue without your presence.

5-. Prepare, meet and above all love each other.

What is financial risk tolerance?

It is the willingness to accept the risk that a certain economic choice has a (negative) success other than that desired.

What is tolerance in economics?

It is an attitude that respects all kinds of actions or ideas of third parties. Obviously, when we talk about these actions, they also have to be respectful of others.

What is tolerance in HR?

Promote a climate of respect for the opinion of others and create awareness that no one is greater than the team.

What is tolerance with a Financial forecast?

The Financial forecast is nothing more than a projection of all the future income and expenses of your company. It depends on the vision, experience and studies of the issuer. They are not true, take them as data.

What is tax tolerance?

The amount of taxes that a population is willing to tolerate and bear

What is tolerance towards customer service?

The client is always right and the object is to provide him with his needs. Provide personalized treatment.

Hoy quiero recordar las palabras de Fernando Albán: “Sólo la educación nos liberará…los venezolanos estamos más atados que nunca al triple yugo de la humanidad: la ignorancia, la tiranía y el vicio”

Venezuela con hambre, pobreza, y refugiados en todo el planeta. Los ciudadanos hoy viven en un estrés constante, sin duda psicológicamente afectados. Ahora, refugio de terrorismo a cambio de estrategias y protección. Los venezolanos perdimos la perspectiva, no visualizamos una alternativa.

La crisis y la corrupción no esta solamente en el sistema de gobierno que se quiere combatir, llego también a los partidos políticos. Hoy, no tenemos un candidato confiable, que goce del apoyo público. La división de la oposición es notoria y muestra al mundo el desorden que existe en Venezuela. Está claro, que por la cantidad de candidatos, con perfiles irreconciliables con sus semejantes, definitivamente ellos son parte de problema.

Los venezolanos estamos cansados de fracasados, personas que alguna vez, participaron del escenario político, sin lograr resultados. No queremos otros dinosaurios. Un empresario, un comediante o un líder de un grupito económico, no es la solución. Venezuela dejo de esperar un redentor.

Se requiere un consejo de sabios, expertos, investigadores y científicos, en todas las áreas y sobre todo conocedores de la historia, para comenzar a escribir la propuesta de reforma del estado. Gremios, profesores y universidades que dejen la ambición para colocar primero al país. 

Esto es trabajo de los venezolanos.

Recuperar la confianza perdida de los venezolanos y el respeto internacional no es cuestión de elecciones, se requiere un plan.  

Plan de reforma del estado Venezolano:

1-.     Marco constitucional adecuado.

2-.     Reconstrucción del estado: Estructura y ordenamiento.

2.1-. Social y filosófico.

2.2-. Salud.

2.3-. Educación/ Deporte.

2.4-. Fiscal.

2.4-.  Monetaria.

2.5-. Recursos naturales renovables y no.

2.6-. Servicios públicos.

2.7-.  Infraestructura.

3-.     Acuerdos internacionales, revisión, anulación o reformulación.

4-.     Digitalización del estado / Nuevas tecnologías.

5-.     La creación de una zona de libre comercio.

6-.     Creación de un plan para inversiones extrajeras.

7-.     La privatización de empresas estatales, en caso de no tener los medios necesarios para su recuperación.

No puedo creer en ningún candidato que obvie estos temas, de manera sostenible y sustentable tenga la solución.

No puedo esperar que los problemas de inflación, perdida de la soberanía, destrucción de las instituciones, la devaluación de la moneda, salarios irrisorios y las muertes por hambre o mengua, tengan una solución antes de este paso previo. Venezuela, el 2023 y 2024, serán los mismo, solo pan y circo.

Los venezolanos dejamos de creer en fantasmas, estos candidatos solo son fantasmas. 

Se buscan venezolanos éticos para reconstruir a Venezuela.

Venezuela hunger, poverty, and refugees all over the planet. Citizens today live in constant stress, undoubtedly psychologically affected. Terrorism refuge in exchange for strategies and protection. We Venezuelans have lost perspective, we do not visualize an alternative.

The crisis and corruption is not only in the government system that they want to fight, it also reached the political parties. Today, we do not have a reliable candidate, who enjoys public support. The division of the opposition is notorious and shows the world the disorder that exists in Venezuela. It is clear that due to the number of candidates, with irreconcilable profiles with their peers, they are definitely part of the problem.

We Venezuelans are tired of failures, people who once participated in the political arena without achieving results. We don't want other dinosaurs. A businessman, a comedian or a leader of a small economic group is not the solution. Venezuela stopped waiting for a redeemer.

A council of wise men, experts, researchers and scientists, in all areas and above all knowledgeable about history, is required to begin writing the proposal for the reform of the state. Guilds, professors and universities that leave the ambition to put the country first.

This is the work of Venezuelans.

Recovering the lost trust of Venezuelans and international respect is not a matter of elections, a plan is required.

Reform plan of the Venezuelan state:

1-. Adequate constitutional framework.

2-. Reconstruction of the state: Structure and ordering.

2.1-. Social and philosophical.

2.2-. Health.

2.3-. Education / Sport.

I can't believe any candidate who bypasses these issues sustainably and sustainably has the solution.

I cannot expect that the problems of inflation, loss of sovereignty, destruction of institutions, devaluation of the currency, paltry wages and deaths due to hunger or decline, will have a solution before this previous step. We Venezuelans stop believing in ghosts, these candidates are just ghosts.

La entrada a un nuevo lugar de trabajo, puede significar para muchos un gran reto, pero también produce miedo, incertidumbre y confusión. Manejar con certeza esa situación, es el comienzo al éxito.

Recuerde que entrando le otorgaron unas condiciones laborales sobre sus beneficios, las cuales aceptaste previamente a cambio de cumplir las tareas y requerimientos de un cargo, no se puede salir de este contexto, tareas por pago.

Los primeros días debes establecer una especie de diagnóstico, donde indicas que recibes, tareas atrasadas y posibles consecuencias de algunas situaciones no atendidas. Con esto queda establecido tu responsabilidad a partir de ese momento.

Si la organización tiene manual de normas y procedimiento, es muy sencillo saber cuál es el campo de acción, en caso de ser una empresa pequeña, la entrevista con tus jefes directos, te otorgaran la pauta de las actividades a realizar a diario.

Entender la metodología de trabajo te otorgará una visión clara de tu objetivo y cumplirlo. También facilidad para adaptarte al sistema de trabajo.

Luego de un lapso de tiempo de trabajo, no menor a tres meses, pondrás hacer propuestas, nunca llegando. Las nuevas propuestas deben ser bien fundamentadas.

¿Qué te perjudica en un trabajo nuevo?

Imponer, opinar.

Contradecir al superior.

Llevar tu vida personal al plano laboral.

Hablar y escuchar chismes.

Pretender que el sistema se adapte a ti.

El nuevo trabajo es una jungla, donde cualquier cosa nos produce intranquilidad, es un terreno desconocido, que solo se enfrentará con éxito con las siguientes premisas:

1-. Sea consciente de sus capacidades y dones.

 2-. Inteligencia emocional / Autoestima.

 3-. Humildad, no estas para juzgar, solo para resolver.

 

Como toda jungla, tiene sus personajes:

León: Rey de la selva y dueño de la empresa, no lo contradiga.

Tigre: Gerente, cuida su terreno y mantiene alejado a los depredadores.

Mono: Siempre tiene un chiste que contar.

Pantera: El galán del equipo, solo le interesa el sexo y su físico.

Serpiente: El personaje doble cara, quiere conocerte para conocer tus fallas y vendérselas al mejor postor.

Toro: El amargado y poco hablador. Cerrado a interactuar.

Venados: Tiernos y tristes, siempre tienen una historia trágica.

Caballo: Trabajador ético, pendiente de lo suyo y  deapoyar al que requiera.

Perro: Mensajero, amable con todos, los conoce y los respeta tal cual son.

Colibrí: Gente con actitud positiva, siempre dejan algo bueno después de interactuar con ellos.

¿Con cuál de ellos te identificas tú?

 

Las nuevas empresas, innovadoras tendrán otros objetivos, además de los planteados originalmente:

1-. Contratarán personas con mayor éxito en su vida personal. Personas sin visión personal, tampoco la tendrán en el plano laboral.

2-. Estarán actualizados en temas políticos y sociales.

3-. Cargos de manera híbrida, con posibilidad de trabajar en su casa y en oficina. Contratos por tiempo determinado o por trabajo asignado.

4-. El empleado se evalúa por resultados individuales y colectivos.

5-. La salud mental de los trabajadores será la protagonista y de interés para la empresa.

Termino con una frase de Julio Verne, un hombre que vino del futuro: Mientras el corazón lata, mientras la carne palpite, no me explico que un ser dotado de voluntad se deje dominar por la desesperación.
