La paz, es ese estado de equilibrio,
que existe entre el alma y el cuerpo. Es ese lugar donde la materia y la
espiritualidad se reconocen y conviven juntas. Es la circunstania de aceptación
del pasado y el presente, de lo que tengo y lo que no tengo, de mis capacidades
y mis limitaciones. Tener paz, es sentirse pleno, después de superar los retos
propios de pertenecer a este mundo.
Vivir en las condiciones del
mundo, como los son las relaciones, doctrinas, la salud y cultura es un
verdadero desafío para el ser humano.
La condición de paz, pasa
por encima de cualquier circunstancia, hecho o situación. La paz es aquella donde
tu estado de consciencia es elevado y reconoces los sucesos de este mundo como
justo y necesario para la evolución.
La paz, es escuchar, pero no sucumbir ante los perros
que nos ladran a diario, como lo son el miedo, el dinero, el sentirme poderoso
o ser un sabelotodo.
La naturaleza de paz es amor
con respecto y misericordia. Podemos
definir también la paz como ausencia de violencia, lo cual no indica, que los
que estén promoviendo dicha condición estén en paz.
Otras definiciones:
Situación o estado en que no
hay guerra ni luchas entre dos o más partes enfrentadas.
La paz es definida como un
momento de felicidad, serenidad y permanencia que está opuesto a la guerra y
tiene un vínculo positivo. Esta palabra surge del latín pax (pacis), que tiene
por significado “acuerdo, pacto”.
¿La paz en psicología?
La paz interior es una
sensación de calma en la que dejamos de luchar contra los pensamientos y las
emociones negativas y perturbadoras. Es un estado en el que nos apartamos
mental y emocionalmente de los problemas y conflictos cotidianos.
¿La paz en filosofía?
Es un estado interior
(identificable con los conceptos griegos de ataraxia y sofrosine) exento de
sentimientos negativos (ira, odio). Ese estado interior positivo es deseado
tanto para uno mismo como para los demás, hasta el punto de convertirse en un
propósito o meta de vida.
¿La paz en espiritualidad?
Alcanzar el nivel de
inteligencia emocional y consciencia que te permite disfrutar del mundo tal y
como es.
La ausencia de paz interior,
se manifiesta en la conducta, como un estado de perturbación constante, en
primer efecto lo recibe el cuerpo, con una enfermedad y el segundo impacto lo
acepta el exterior, con la explosión de emociones.
Sin paz, no existe
desarrollo sostenible posible para los países.
El único camino para lograr
la paz externa, es la paz interior y lograrla es una decisión personal:
1-. Ocuparse y no
preocuparse.
2-. Respiración.
3-. Salud mental.
4-. Inteligencia emocional.
5-. Comidas sanas y deporte.
6-. Descanso mental y físico
adecuado.
7-. Vivir en el presente.
8-. Responsabilízate de tus
actos y deja de juzgar al mundo.
Llegar a este estado, le
brindará:
Mejores decisiones económicas.
Mejores relaciones.
Mejor salud mental y física.
Mejor vida.

Peace is that state of
balance, which exists between the soul and the body. It is that place where
matter and spirituality are recognized and coexist together. It is the
circumstance of acceptance of the past and the present, of what I have and what
I do not have, of my abilities and my limitations. Having peace is feeling
full, after overcoming the challenges of belonging to this world.
Living in the conditions of
the world, such as relationships, doctrines, health and culture, is a real
challenge for the human being.
The condition of peace, goes
above any circumstance, fact, situation. Peace is one where your state of
consciousness is elevated and you recognize the events of this world as fair
and necessary for evolution.
Peace is listening, but not
succumbing to the dogs that bark at us daily, such as fear, money, feeling
powerful or being a know-it-all.
The nature of peace is love
with respect and mercy. We can also define peace as the absence of violence,
which does not indicate that those who are promoting this condition are at
peace.
Other definitions:

there is no war or fighting between two or more opposing parties.
Peace is defined as a moment
of happiness, serenity and permanence that is opposed to war and has a positive
