Dos años han pasado, desde que inicio el blog “Finanzas con sentido e innovación” y de nuevo la oportunidad de poder compartir mi aventura con ustedes, publicando temas de interés, estratégicos y educativos. Los innovadores son ajenos al mundo real, viven en el futuro, antes de manifestarse su potencial, ya la sociedad los espera, ya que son los únicos capaces de ver caminos, donde otros no ven la salida, algunos les temen porque son desobedientes y fuera de lo común. Son los innovadores los que podrán encontrar algo especial en los escritos publicados en este blog.

Cada día, mi reto más importante es poder transmitir una visión, que si bien no es inmediata, puede ser una alternativa importante a la hora de decidir cambiar de rumbo.

En este año 2022, la paranoia con la que me encontré, fue la crisis de paradigmas, cambios y renovación, que nos ubican en otro escenario teórico-práctico:

1-. No existe pronóstico económico certero.

2-. No existe país que resista una crisis política-moral interna.

3-. Los medios de comunicación son el verdadero poder coercitivo.

4-. El sistema financiero tradicional tiene sus días contados. Incluyendo el sector seguros e inmuebles.

5-. El cambio climático no es prioridad para el mundo, lamentablemente y seguiremos sintiendo sus efectos.

6-. La inflación no es un fenómeno aislado, es producto de decisiones políticas y económicas erradas.

7-. La crisis energética seguirá afectando a todo globo, en todos los aspectos, pero principalmente en política, economía y social.

Al respecto me encantaría ofréceles algunas opciones, para su reflexión y consideración para futuras gestiones:

Finanzas, Economía, Talento Humano

a-. Un estilo minimalista, es una gran alternativa para mantener el equilibrio en nuestra vida personal. Guardar cosas que no necesita, no le otorga ninguna garantía para mañana.

b-. El concepto de trabajo bajo subordinación desaparece, las empresas están en crisis y operando con poco personal. Considere la posibilidad de quedar desempleado en cualquier momento, no espere que ocurra para comenzar a resolver.

c-. No existe país que no se afecte de las guerras o de las crisis políticas y económicas de otros. Aquí la diferencia es el impacto, dependiendo de donde te ubiques puede ser mayor o menor.

d-. Las redes sociales seguirán tomando su papel informativo, pasando por la censura de los medios formales.

e-. La tierra vuelve a tomar importancia como medio de subsistencia, el país más fuerte, es el que produce su consumo. Toda aquella inversión manejada desde estas alternativas, tiene el éxito garantizado, siempre que sea combinado con innovación y tecnología de punta.

Cultivos agrícolas transitorios.

Cultivos agrícolas permanentes.

Propagación de plantas (viveros).

Ganadería (ganado bovino y porcino, ovejas, aves de corral, etc).

Silvicultura y otras actividades forestales.

Extracción de madera.

Pesca y acuicultura.

Extracción de minas y canteras.

Extracción de minerales.

f-. Industria procesadora de alimentos, también tiene un buen futuro, contribuyendo al desarrollo de manera sustentable y sostenible.

g-. Toda actividad innovadora, para cuidado personal, educación, atención de niños y adultos mayores.

h-. Productos personalizados: Perfumes, bombones, trajes de baño, vestidos, accesorios, etc.

i-. Aprenda, entienda y aplique la tecnología. Estudié Blockchain.

Psicología, filosofía y espiritualidad

a-. Los pensamientos son su principal motor, cultive ideas de calidad que lo empoderen.

b-. Conocerte es una garantía de éxito. La inteligencia emocional es tu trampolín.

c-. Liberate del sectarismo, la intolerancia, discriminación u odio que surgen de dar importancia a las diferencias percibidas entre diferentes grupos sociales, políticos, económicos, étnicos-racial o religiosos, eso complica tu interacción con las personas.

d-. Estudia y lee las escuelas filosóficas, todas tienen algo bueno que ofrecer y expandirán tu pensamiento.

f-. El amor propio es el primer escalón para tener buenas relaciones con el planeta:

- Liberate de adicciones: Adicciones de conducta: al juego, sexo, trabajo, Internet, sectas, religión, relaciones (codependencia). Adicciones de ingestión (química): azúcar (alimentos), alcohol, nicotina, cocaína, marihuana, opio, sedantes e hipnóticos, anfetaminas, éxtasis y heroína. Todo eso daña su cuerpo.

- Identifica, la diferencia entre Culto, idolatría y superstición, todas debilitan su voluntad. Ninguna puede ser mayor a la FE en ti mismo. Eres el creador del universo.

- Realza en tus dones, capacidades y experiencia. Sé incondicional contigo mismo.

- Las metas, emprendimientos y proyectos pueden tomar años o solo unas horas, debes estar preparado para el camino. Tener una idea innovadora implica que encontraras enemigos en el sendero.

- Toma decisiones, no dejes que nadie decida por ti.

- Tu mayor tesoro es tu salud, tu bien más apreciado en tu cuerpo.

- Tu mayor obstáculo es la duda.

- Tu intuición es tu maestro interno hablándote, escúchalo.

- Las crisis personales no se resuelven con soluciones ajenas, lo que funciono para unos, no obligatoriamente funciona para ti, no necesitas ningún guía, tú eres el maestro. REconocete.

En el camino verdadero encontraremos muchos obstáculos, son el camino. También situaciones donde solo se debe fluir, identifícalas. Y lo más impórtate llegara el momento de decidir, hágalo en base a tus objetivos personales, con certeza todo resultara perfecto. Si transitas por un momento incómodo, quizás estas a punto de vivir un milagro, no subestimes nada, todo forma parte de la obra, agradece.

Two years have passed since I started the blog “Finances with meaning and innovation” and once again the opportunity to share my adventure with you, publishing topics of interest, strategic and educational. Innovators are oblivious to the real world, they live in the future, before their potential manifests, and society awaits them, since they are the only ones capable of seeing paths, where others do not see the way out, some fear them because they are disobedient and out of the common. It is the innovators who will be able to find something special in the writings published in this blog.

Every day, my most important challenge is to be able to convey a vision that, although it is not immediate, can be an important alternative when deciding to change course.

In this year 2022, the paranoia I encountered was the crisis of paradigms, changes and renewal, which place us in another theoretical-practical scenario:

1-. There is no certain economic forecast.

2-. There is no country that resists an internal political-moral crisis.

3-. The media is the real coercive power.

4-. The traditional financial system has its days numbered. Including the insurance and real estate sector.

5-. Climate change is not a priority for the world, unfortunately, and we will continue to feel its effects.

6-. Inflation is not an isolated phenomenon, it is the product of wrong political and economic decisions.

7-. The energy crisis will continue to affect the entire globe, in all aspects, but mainly in politics, economy and social.

In this regard, I would love to offer you some options, for your reflection and consideration for future efforts:

Finance, Economy, Human Talent

a-. A minimalist style is a great alternative to maintain balance in our personal lives. Storing things you don't need doesn't give you any guarantee for tomorrow.

b-. The concept of work under subordination disappears, companies are in crisis and operating with little staff. Consider the possibility of becoming unemployed at any time, don't wait for it to happen to start resolving.

c-. There is no country that is not affected by the wars or the political and economic crises of others. Here the difference is the impact, depending on where you are located it can be greater or less.

d-. Social networks will continue to play their informative role, going through the censorship of the formal media.

e-. The land regains importance as a means of subsistence, the strongest country is the one that produces its consumption. All that investment managed from these alternatives, has guaranteed success, as long as it is combined with innovation and cutting-edge technology.

Psychology, philosophy and spirituality

d-. Study and read the philosophical schools, they all have something good to offer and will expand your thinking.

e-. Self-love is the first step to having good relations with the planet:

Ingestion (chemical) addictions: sugar (food), alcohol, nicotine, cocaine, marijuana, opium, sedatives and hypnotics, amphetamines, ecstasy, and heroin. All of that damages your body.

- Identifies the difference between Cult, idolatry and superstition, all weaken his will. None can be greater than FAITH in yourself. You are the creator of the universe.

- Enhance your gifts, abilities and experience. Be unconditional with yourself.

- Goals, ventures and projects can take years or just a few hours, you must be prepared for the road. Having an innovative idea implies that you will find enemies on the path.

- Make decisions, do not let anyone decide for you.

- Your greatest treasure in your health, your most appreciated asset in your body.

- Your biggest obstacle is doubt.

- Your intuition is your inner teacher speaking to you, listen to it.

- Personal crises are not resolved with solutions from others, what worked for some does not necessarily work for you, you do not need any guidance, you are the master. Recognize yourself.

On the true path we will find many obstacles, they are the path. Also situations where you should only flow, identify them. And the most important thing will come the time to decide, do it based on your personal goals, with certainty everything will be perfect. If you go through an uncomfortable moment, perhaps you are about to experience a miracle, do not underestimate anything, everything is part of the work, be grateful.
