Estar presente sin opinión. Hablar
de empatía, es hablar de la única solución poderosa capaz de mejorar las
relaciones a todo nivel. Actuar con empatía te permite comprender, eliminando
las barreras de los juicios infundados. La
empatía facilita, escuchar para entender. La empatía elimina los enemigos. La empatía
te faculta para negociar, solucionar, armonizar y sobre todo impulsa el avance
de cualquier situación. Sin empatía, todo está destinado al fracaso.
Al pensar, en personas sin
empatía, nos imaginamos a personas egocéntricas, egoístas o incluso autistas,
esto podría ser cierto en alguno de los casos, pero, en oportunidades también se
relaciona al miedo, no es fácil enfrentarse con la realidad. Existen múltiples
corrientes filosóficas que nos invitan hoy a voltear ante la tragedia humana,
sin remordimientos. Voltear no te salvara de mojarte los pies más adelante,
cuando vemos una ola de mar alcázar a uno que estaba antes que tú, lo único que
puedo agregar es que la empatía te permitirá estar preparado, ante cualquier situación
(La persona autista siente un dolor tan grande que se repliega sobre sí misma.
No es que sea incapaz de sentir a los demás, es que necesita confianza y
comunicación a otro nivel para poder volver a abrirse).
Cualquiera de nosotros puede
pecar de no ser empático en algunos casos. No es que seamos personas sin sentimientos.
Simplemente podemos caer en determinados juegos a la hora de relacionarnos.
¿Qué es empatía en
filosofía?
La empatía es la intención
de comprender los sentimientos y emociones, intentando experimentar de forma
objetiva y racional lo que siente otro individuo. La palabra empatía es de
origen griego “empátheia” que significa “emocionado”.
¿Qué es empatía en
psicología?
La empatía, a grandes
rasgos, es la capacidad que tiene una persona para ponerse en el lugar de otra.
Es decir, ser capaz de entender la situación y los sentimientos que está
viviendo otra persona. Ser una persona empática no es una tarea fácil y, en
muchas ocasiones, requiere una serie de condiciones previas.
¿Qué es empatía en la espiritualidad?
La empatía es un camino cuyo
fin último debe ser siempre la compasión. Y aquí es, donde a mi entender, falla
la psicología. Porque la empatía no está sólo en el cerebro, está en el Centro
del Corazón.
¿Qué es empatía en finanzas?
La empatía permite que una
empresa se conecte, en sus relaciones internas y externas, en la visión-misión de aliados estratégicos, colocándose en el lugar
del otro, logrando relaciones exitosas. Economía empática no significa dejar de
ganar, sino ganar mejor. Es una estrategia del tipo "win-win" (todos
ganan). Es una forma más justa y prometedora de volver a proyectarnos en lo que
fuimos.
Economía empática debe tener los siguientes principios...
1 Respeto: Por el prójimo, clientes,
empleados, por la sociedad y las autoridades. ¿Qué empatía puede existir si no
logramos de inicio partir del respeto y la confianza relacional?
2 Riesgos: Honrar la
seguridad del otro, ser cuidadosos en extremo porque el manejo inadecuado de un
recurso, implica consecuencias para quienes
nos depositaron la confianza.
3 Reputación: En economía la
confianza perdida se paga demasiado caro. Te diría que con generaciones frustradas.
En la agenda la moral no tiene precio, pero si un enorme costo el que muchas
veces soslayamos y definitivamente lo pagamos.
4 Responsabilidad social: La
forma como respondemos a los desafíos que la economía y la vida social nos
imponen y que decisiones tomamos. Toda acción impacta en cada esquina de la
comunidad.
Características de una persona empática...

¿Cómo desarrollar la empatía?
Practica escuchar sin
juzgar.
Identifica tus prejuicios, reconócelos
y supéralos.
Practica la COMPASION
Un líder empático es un ser
humilde, entusiasta, confiable, predica con el ejemplo, se prepara constantemente
y cree en el dialogo como la base de solución de los problemas a todo nivel. Se
requieren políticos empáticos, ministros empáticos, banqueros empáticos,
gerentes empáticos, profesores empáticos, economistas empáticos, médicos empáticos,
inversionistas empáticos, comunicadores empáticos, padres y madres empáticos. La
empatía te permite ver las dificultades como propias.
Para aprender a ser empático,
practica ayunar para entender el hambre, usar el transporte público para
entender la dificultad y pásate por un hospital público para aprender lo que es
una calamidad.

opinion. Talking about empathy is talking about the only powerful solution

facilitates listening to understand. Empathy eliminates enemies. Empathy

any situation. Without empathy, everything is destined to fail.
When we think of people
without empathy, we imagine self-centered, selfish or even autistic people,

politicians, empathic ministers, empathic bankers, empathic managers, empathic
teachers, empathic economists, empathic doctors, empathic investors, empathic
communicators, empathic fathers and mothers are required. Empathy allows you to
see difficulties as your own.
To learn to be empathetic,
practice fasting to understand hunger, use public transportation to understand
difficulty, and visit a public hospital to learn what calamity is.
