Toca
el momento de hablar de esa cualidad del ser humano extraordinaria, como es la
consideración. La consideración es la máxima expresión de respecto por la
figura del otro. El considerar además de respecto, implica la empatía y sobre
todo amor. Considerar es un arte, que nos convierte en personas integras y
morales.
La consideración tiene un adversario, que anula y es el juicio personal. Cometemos el grave error de juzgar, quien merece mi consideración o quién no, y ese es el camino complicado. En principio todos los seres vivos merecen mi consideración, no está en nadie la capacidad de juzgar un acto, una vida o un suceso, apartando el trabajo de los jueces, que eso es harina de otro costal.
Definición:
Consideración es acción y efecto de considerar, es decir, de prestarle a
alguien o a algo toda la atención que merece. La consideración tiene dos
enfoques, una reflexión y respeto.
En
consecuencia, la palabra consideración tiene varios usos. Por ejemplo:
"Deseo someter a su consideración esta solicitud". En este caso,
consideración se refiere al proceso de reflexión que debe conllevar a una toma
de decisión respecto de un asunto determinado.
La
palabra se usa también en el lenguaje formal para indicar la actitud de respeto
y atención de una persona hacia otra. Por ejemplo: "Con mi mayor
consideración, me despido de usted, cordialmente, Sr. Pérez".
Consideración
puede usarse también como apelación al sentido común, la empatía y la
misericordia: "¡Ten consideración! ¿No ves que ese animal no puede estar
en una jaula?"
La
consideración en psicología es la aceptación completa de la persona.
La
consideración en filosofía, es examinar, investigar y reflexionar con
detenimiento y cuidado una situación o materia, por ejemplo: “debemos
considerar la crisis económica que atraviesa el país”, “mi jefe va a considerar
mi ascenso dentro de la empresa”.
En
espiritualidad consideración es respeto, amabilidad y atención en el trato
hacia un ser vivo, sin juzgarlo.
En
finanzas la consideración son aquellas premisas que debes tomar antes de una
decisión. Por ejemplo antes de emprender:
-Proveerte
un sueldo que te permita cubrir tus necesidades.
-Asumir
un compromiso con el proyecto.
-Como
serás tu propio jefe, debes velar para que todos los aspectos del negocio estén
atendidos.
-Debes
comprometerte con el pago de tus empleados, aun cuando el negocio no genere
dinero.
-Serás
el responsable de proveerte el seguro médico, la inscripción a la seguridad
social de los beneficios de los que quieras gozar.
-Consultar
especialistas en caso de ser necesario.
-Tienes
que cumplir con las obligaciones fiscales del proyecto.
Por
ejemplo un consorcio empresarial:
- Elaboración
de un plan de negocios:
1. Determinar
los gastos fijos de cada mes.
2. Calcular
cuántos empleados hay que contratar, su pago y las prestaciones de ley.
3. Calcular
los ingresos y egresos mensuales estimados.
4. Determinar
cómo se registrarán las operaciones diarias del negocio.
5. Proyectar
los estados financieros. Este documento nos permite, en caso de que no se
cuente con el capital para emprender, conseguir financiamiento, inversionistas
o socios, ya que muestra un panorama del funcionamiento y las ganancias de la
empresa.
Por ejemplo
un empleado:
- Situación
financiera de la empresa.
- Rotación
de personal.
- Competencia.
- Futuro
de lo que hago, dentro de la empresa y fuera.
- Capacidad
de mejoras.
- Calidad
de vida.
Aprendiendo
a considerar….
- Respeto
al ser humano, más allá de nacionalidad, idioma, raza, sexo, condición económica,
religión.
- Una
respuesta cálida y oportuna en un mensaje de texto, correo.
- Cuidar
la reputación e imagen de mis semejantes tanto como la mía.
- Comprenda
que cada quien tiene derecho a elegir la
doctrina con la cual se sienta cómodo (Conjunto de ideas, enseñanzas o
principios básicos defendidos por un movimiento religioso, ideológico, político).
No intente imponer su doctrina a nadie.
- La hora
de la comida es un momento de bendición, respete esa hora y no hable ni de
trabajo, ni de problemas.
- Reconocer
el valor de un empleado y pagarle lo justo.
- No
hablar ni mal, ni bien del otro, simplemente no lo juzgue.
- Deje
de mentir, no existen mentiras blancas. La honestidad es la mejor manera de consideración.
- Respete
los bienes ajenos, desde el tiempo que le robas cuando te haces esperar hasta
la hoja que hurtas en la oficina.
- La consideración
NO AVALA, ningún acto de violencia o agresividad.
- Atención
al enfermo y al menos favorecido.

- Pensar
bien lo que se vaya a decir.
- Mirar
atentamente a la persona a quien se le va hablar.
- Pronunciar
correctamente las palabras.
- Hablar
en un tono de voz adecuado.
- Dejar
hablar a los demás cuando tengan una idea que quieran expresar.
- Ser
amable, respetuoso y adecuado al hablar.
- No
hablar al mismo tiempo que la otra persona.
- Tratar
de no emitir groserías a hora de hablar.
- Expresarse
de una forma clara y sencilla.
- Ser
lo más preciso posible a la hora de expresar una idea.
- Mantener
un lenguaje corporal acorde a lo que se está hablando.
Del Buen Oyente (Receptor)
- Escuchar
a la persona que está hablando.
- Mirar
atentamente a la persona con quien se habla.
- No
interrumpir al hablante.
- Hablar
cuando ya la otra persona haya terminado su idea.
- Se
debe tener criterio para poder discernir con respecto a lo que se escucha.
- Dar
a entender que se entendió el mensaje que se recibió.
- No
ofender a la persona que está hablando.
- Oír
el mensaje sin prejuicios.
- No
reír o tener actitud de burla mientras la persona está hablando.
- Mantener
una postura de escucha.
- Infidelidad
a la pareja, a los amigos, al país.
- Regañar
a los hijos maltratándolos. Maltratar a todo el que se cruce.
- Las
burlas y las humillaciones.
- Los
apodos.
La consideración
es la más hermosa forma de amor que existe, es aquel comentario que prefiero
no hacer, antes de herir o hacer sentir mal al otro. No existe mayor cercanía a
la Divinidad que la consideración por la creación.
